Cuvèe Rosè Extra Dry

An extremely refined and elegant Cuvèe Rosè Extra Dry, with a typical rosé colour, which expresses and enhances to the full the floral and fruity characters typical of its grape varieties. Of great delicacy and softness, on the palate it expresses returning hints of fresh strawberry, raspberry and red berry fruit.

A noble aperitif, it accompanies fish dishes and vegetable risottos with class.

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C, taking care of gently uncork

Grapes: Pinot Nero

Vinification: in white by oxidation, fermentation on clean must at a temperature of 19-21°C with selected yeasts. Foaming takes place in an autoclave at a low temperature of 12-14°C. following the short Charmat method.
