This sparkling wine exalts all the peculiar features of the verdiso. Its perlage is delicate and persistent, its fizziness is soft and fragrant. It is straw yellow coloured with greenish highlights. Its aromas are stylish and delicate but very wide. They have hints of citrus peels, ripen fruit, banana and flowers. Its flavour is dry and slim-bodied and the aftertaste confirms the olfactory hints. It is very persistent in the mouth.
It is very good as an aperitif but its features are exalted especially if served either with roast fish or with fish with sauces.
