This wine is pale straw yellow coloured with greenish highlights. The froth is bright and the perlage is delicate and persistent. Its fruit fragrance has exotic hints of pineapple and banana. It’s soft and creamy, slim-bodied and crunchy making it ideal as an aperitif, with a fish course or delicious at the end of the meal.
