This Dry Sparkling wine is made from our best grapes. It is light straw yellow colored and it has a light froth and a fine and persistent perlage. Its flower and fruit notes recall the golden apple, the banana and the wisteria. Serre Prosecco has a peculiar sweetish and velvety flavour.br>
Good as an aperitif, it can be served at the end of a meal especially with desserts and creamy desserts.

Vinification is the classical one without the skins using reductive techniques and a light cold maceration. The wine is fermented with clean must at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts. The second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves at low temperatures 12-14° C with the Charmat method.
