Since 2012, we have held the IFS certification, while in 2015 we were certified to the BRC standard, which we are reconfirming every year with increasingly high scores.
The IFS Standards comprise eight different standards applicable to the food and non-food sector that cover processes along the supply chain.
However, IFS does not specify how these processes should be carried out, but provides guidance based on their risk assessment.
Today, in order to meet the requirements of quality, transparency and effectiveness resulting from globalisation, different standards are used by manufacturing companies and retailers worldwide.
The BRC (British Retail Consortium), on the other hand, is a global standard specifically for the safety of food products.
The aim of the standard is to ensure that suppliers and retailers in the large-scale retail trade are able to guarantee the quality and safety of food products offered to consumers.
We are proud to be one of the few companies in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area to have these certifications.
